2010 ANNUAL DUES ASSESSMENTS...
... has been set at $30.00. This is the first increase in the Association Dues Assessment in more than 25 years. Assessments for 2010 are deemed delinquent if not paid on or before March 21, 2010. The assessment of Association Dues is provided for in the Covenants attached to all properties in the addition. Outstanding as well as current Dues can be paid directly to our Secretary/Treasurer or can be paid via mail sent to our address found above. Please makes checks payable to: Old Brook Farm Association.
2010 BOARD MEETINGS HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED...
...for the first Thursday in the odd numbered months. This year's meetings are set for January 7, March 4, May 6, July 1, September 2 and November 4. Meetings are scheduled for 7:00 P.M. Hosting of the meetings will rotate among the members.
The next Association Garage Sale Dates...
...are August 6 & 7. These dates coinside with the dates our neighboring associations will be scheduling their garage sales. The Association will publish the dates.
2010 Neighborhood Tire Amnesty Program...
This years program will run from April through October with a no tire day in July. The programs will take place on the Saturdays of April 17, May 15, June 19, August 21, September 18, and October 16. Tires can be dropped off between the hours of 8:45am and 3:00pm. To participate, the neighborhood association must register. If you are interested in our Old Brook Farm neighborhood participating on one of these Saturdays then contact the Association President, Ed Redmon.
