IT'S SNOWING OUT THERE...
... Please remember, our Association contracts for snow removal-the City does not plow our addition. It is important that all vehicles are off the street during periods of snow so the contractors can do a good job of snow removal. Each time our streets are plowed the bill is in the hundreds of dollars and the bill is the same whether the crews were able to remove all the snow or whether vehicles parked on the street prevented the crews from doing a good job. So-PLEASE-park off the street when it snows, at least until the snow plowing is finished. THANKS for your cooperation in this matter.
THE 2010 ANNUAL ASSOCATION MEETING...
... is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 21, 2010. Doors will open at 1:00 P.M. for registration and paying of Dues. We will gather in the Reception Hall at the St. Joe Township Government Complex. A formal "Call to Assemble" will be mailed to each Old Brook Farm property owner. The mailing will include a proposed agenda and complete details.
2010 ANNUAL DUES ASSESSMENTS...
... has been set at $30.00. This is the first increase in the Association Dues Assessment in more than 25 years. Assessments will not be due and payable until announced sometime in January, 2010. Once assessed, dues will be payable and deemed delinquent if not paid on or before March 21, 2010. The assessment of Association Dues is provided for in the Covenants attached to all properties in the addition. Outstanding as well as current Dues can be paid directly to our Secretary/Treasurer or can be paid via mail sent to our address found above. Please makes checks payable to: Old Brook Farm Association.
2010 BOARD MEETINGS HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED...
...for the first Thursday in the odd numbered months. This year's meetings are set for January 7, March 4, May 6, July 1, September 2 and November 4. Meetings are scheduled for 7:00 P.M. Hosting of the meetings will rotate among the members.
