LEADS ONLINE SECURITY PROGRAM...

...The 2012 Annual Meeting was held Sunday, March 11, 2012. Our guest speaker was Officer Joe Lyons, of the Fort Wayne Police Department. Officer Lyons introduced a free on-line service designed to reduce losses from burglary and theft. The service is called "Leads Online" and provides a means where citizens can place an inventory of their valuables into an on-line safe database. Then, if you are a victim of theft, the Police Department can access the system and has a complete record of what was stolen. 2012 ANNUAL DUES ASSESSMENTS...

... for 2012 has been set at $45.00. Unpaid 2012 Dues, or prior year unpaid dues, is now delinquent and subject to collection action. The assessment of Association Dues is provided for in the Covenants attached to all properties in the addition. Outstanding as well as current Dues can be paid directly to our Secretary/Treasurer or can be paid via mail sent to our address found above. Please make checks payable to: Old Brook Farm Association.

2012 BOARD MEETINGS HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED...

...for the first Thursday in the odd numbered months. This year's meetings are set for January 5th, March 1st, May 3rd, July 5th, September 6th and November 1st. Meetings are scheduled for 7:00 P.M. Hosting of the meetings will rotate among the members.
