THE 2009 ANNUAL ASSOCATION MEETING...
... was held on Sunday, March 22, 2009. A copy of the initial minutes of the meeting, the President's Report and other documents distributed at the meeting is available for download. From the Pull-Down Menus above select "RESOURCES" and then either "Minutes" or "Articles" to view and print the documents. If you are among those who missed the Annual Meeting we encourage you to plan now to attend next year. Annual Meetings are normally scheduled for either February or March each year.
2009 ANNUAL DUES ASSESSMENTS...
... If not already paid, your Annual Dues are Delinquent as of March 23, 2009. The assessment of Association Dues is provided for in the Restrictive Covenants attached to all properties in the addition. Outstanding as well as current Dues can be paid directly to our Secretary/Treasurer or can be paid via mail sent to our address found above. Please makes checks payable to: Old Brook Farm Association.

The Board of Directors has set May 8th and May 9th as the Spring Association Garage Sale dates and has set August 7th and August 8th as our late Summer Association Garage Sale dates.
