THE 2008 ANNUAL ASSOCATION MEETING...
The Old Brook Farm Association Annual Meeting took place at 2:00 P.M. on March 2, 2008. The results of the meeting and a draft of the meeting Minutes will be posted soon. The newly elected Officers and Board can be found by clicking on the "BOARD" tab above and then selecting "Officers & Board" from the dropdown menu.
2008 ANNUAL DUES ASSESSMENTS...
The Annual Associaton Dues Assessment for 2008 has been set at $25.00. Assessments are due and can be paid anytime after January 1st and will be deemed delinquent if not paid before March 31, 2008. The "Early Payment Discount" opportunity has expired as of midnight March 2, 2008, and the full amount is now due. The assessment of association Dues is provided for in the Covenants attached to all properties in the addition. Outstanding Dues can be paid directly to our Secretary/Treasurer or can be paid via mail sent to our address found above. Please makes checks payable to: Old Brook Farm Association.
THE 2008 ASSOCIATION GARAGE SALES...
The Old Brook Farm Association, at the 2008 Annual Meeting, has set May 2nd and May 3rd as our Spring Association Garage Sale dates and August 8th and August 9th as our late Summer Association Garage Sale dates.
