NEWS & UPCOMING EVENTS

The Old Brook Farm Association 2024 Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 2:00PM. As in past years, we will meet at the St Joe Center Township Hall facility located at the corner of Maplecrest Road and St Joe Center Road. Elections and other business will be conducted. Only Property Owners may vote at the Annual meeting, and only one vote per property. Those voters who were in attendance at the 2023 Annual meeting voted to skip Association sponsored garage sales in 2023. The issue of garage sales will be revisited in 2024.

School is back in session. Please… be watching out for our kids, especially when they are walking to and from bus stops. And, please… do not park vehicles across the public sidewalk forcing kids to walk in the street.

A BENEFACTORS page has been added to the website. It can be accessed from the CONTACT US panel on the WELCOME page.

A COMPLAINTS page has been added to the website. This page provides a convenient way to file your complaints and concerns with the Old Brook Farm Association Board of Directors. Please read the instructions in their entirety before filing a complaint. The COMPLAINTS page can be accessed from the CONTACT US panel found on the WELCOME page.

Be watching for the next publication of the Reaper Newsletter. The issue will focus on Safety and Security in our addition. Also in the works, a second Reaper Newsletter devoted to explaining our Old Brook Farm Association, how we are structured, what we do, and why an association is needed. All newsletters, except the Annual Newsletter, are delivered via email. The newsletters arrive as an email to your personal email box of record and will be announced on our Facebook Group Page. If you have not provided the SECRETARY-TREASURER with your email address then we cannot email you the newsletters. You will find the SECRETARY-TREASURER’S email address on the CONTACT US panel. Email her and provide us with your email address. Thanks.
